UPdate

Everything's still going good with my diet and exercise, I have been struggling a little with late night munchies, I still seem to have a problem getting to bed early, I can never seem to get to bed before midnight, and most nights its around 2am. I eat supper around 5 or 530 when my husband gets home from work, so by 10 I am hungry again, and now that I have been eating healthier and lighter meals, I am literally starving, so its hard to fight those temptations of eating late, but if I do snack, it has been at least healthy foods, like yogurt, or one of my fruit chillers or a bowl of cereal. So now I am working on something new, I am pushing dinner back to 6 or 630 and start working on getting to sleep a lot earlier. I have to, I fear if I dont change these things I will slip back into my old habits. Next weekend Sean's Mom and Aunt are coming down for a visit for the whole weekend, I am really excited about that coming in, but nervous, I know what usually happens when family comes over or we go and visit them, EATING OUT! I have decided that one night we will go eat, I figured I will target a seafood restaurant that way I can order my fish, then one night I'll cook a meal here, and for lunch, I'll make sandwiches or something and take us all to the park. Keeping my fingers crossed that I stick to my plans!
