About myself

I havent always been over weight, I was pretty skinny up until I was in my 20's and then just started packing on weight. I had an injury to my knee when I was about 12 I was outside playing basketball with my brother, we had a nice size concrete slab in our backyard and we had put up a basketball hop, we'll we were playing a game and I ended up throwing my right knee out, my knee cap popped off to the side, it  pushed it back in by its slef. Then around the age of 13-14 I did it again, I was outside playing with my little niece and I had picked her up and was spinning her around and it popped off to the side again, this time it took a while to get it back in, they had to call 911 and when I got to the hospital the doctor there popped it back in for me, and well this time when my mom brought me to joint specialist he said I needed surgery on it, he ended up putting pin's in my knee to hold it in place, it's held up pretty good so far, I bumped in on the couch one year and felt it shift, but it didnt go out.
Then last year around June, I was coming out of the bathroom and I slipped and my knee cap on the left leg did the exact same thing, it popped off to the side, Thank God it popped itself right back in though.

So for year's I have been so scared of exercise, when my knee cap pop's out of place it is the most painful thing in the world Im shaking just writing this, having to think about the pain, but with the weight I have packed on I know it's not healthy for my knee's, So I have been easing myself into exercise, using my treadmill to take 30 minutes to an hour walk but having to break that time down, because when I do feel the pain in my knee's I get nervous and stop! I use my thigh master I have to also gain strength in my leg's and its been working!
